Andrew Buxton has been the Information Systems Manager at the Institute of Development Studies in Brighton since 1991. He is the UK national distributor of CDS/ISIS. Together with the previous distributor, Alan Hopkinson, he has authored the CDS/ISIS Handbooks for DOS and Windows versions and also for WWWISIS. He has conducted many consultancies and training courses on CDS/ISIS in the UK and overseas. Previously he has been a lecturer in information systems at the University of London and worked for the British Library.
